1. Your agreement with Razam
These Terms govern your use of the Razam app, website, and community services operated by Nootro Inc., 379 West Broadway, Fl 2, New York, NY 10012, USA. You can contact us at admin@nootro.studio. Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using community features.
By choosing to continue with registration or otherwise expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains how we process information; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to optional processing. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not register or use the community service.
These are terms for the Razam service, not a replacement custom license for the iOS app. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license where applicable, alongside Apple's platform terms and, if you use a TestFlight build, Apple's TestFlight terms. It is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility, invitations, and your account
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted by applicable law to use Razam. Confirming your age is required to create a profile, and the age and gender you save cannot be edited in the app afterwards; contact admin@nootro.studio to correct a mistake. Your display name can be the name supplied by your sign-in provider or a neutral display name and does not have to be your legal name, but it must not impersonate someone else or mislead other members. Provide accurate account information, use photos and content you have permission to share, and do not impersonate someone else. We may ask for proportionate information to resolve an account, safety, or eligibility issue.
Razam is invite-only, but an invitation does not guarantee admission, a match, attendance at an Event, or another person's identity or safety. Invitation allocations and feature availability can change. Do not sell invitations, evade a suspension with another account, automate bulk registrations, or give another person access to your account.
Keep your device and authentication methods secure and tell us promptly about suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these Terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized act regardless of fault.
3. Respect people and use the service lawfully
Do not use Razam for harassment, threats, stalking, hate or discriminatory abuse, fraud, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation. Do not post sexually explicit content, encourage serious harm, or publish another person's private information without a lawful basis and permission where required.
Do not infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious code, bypass access or safety controls, scrape member information, send unsolicited bulk messages, manipulate reports or matches, or try to expose private applications or conversations. Respect another person's refusal and use block or report tools rather than continuing unwanted contact.
Public Event descriptions are not a place for phone numbers, email addresses, external contact links, or attempts to move people off-platform in violation of the feature's rules. Follow the instructions shown when submitting content. Do not misrepresent a commercial service as a casual member plan.
Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls where available, or email admin@nootro.studio to report a safety issue or content concern. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Razam is not an emergency, crisis-counseling, or law-enforcement service and is not monitored as a real-time emergency channel.
4. Events, matches, conversations, and meeting in person
Members create and organize their own plans. A request to join, a host's invitation, and your confirmation can be separate steps; read the status shown in the app. A host may receive more requests than there are places and choose participants. A like or match is not a promise of a conversation, relationship, admission to a plan, or future availability.
Hosts should give accurate descriptions, capacity, dates or flexible-time information, and meeting or route details, and communicate changes promptly. A flexible time or an approximate route is not a confirmed appointment or navigation instruction. Participants should confirm practical arrangements with each other and cancel respectfully when plans change.
Choose public meeting places, use your judgment, respect consent, and take appropriate precautions when meeting someone. Do not publish your home address unless you understand the audience and risks. We do not conduct a comprehensive background check on every member, and automated moderation, an invitation, or a profile badge must not be treated as a safety guarantee.
For road trips and other activities, participants are responsible for agreeing transport, costs, licenses, insurance, accessibility, and activity-specific safety requirements. Razam is not a transport carrier, travel agency, tour operator, insurer, or emergency dispatcher. Map suggestions may be incomplete or wrong; follow actual conditions and applicable rules.
You choose whether to meet or participate and are responsible for your own conduct. Nothing here excludes responsibility that the law places on Nootro Inc. or waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Your content and the permissions needed to operate Razam
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nootro Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, transmit, display to the intended audience, technically resize or format, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service you use. We may allow our service providers to do those activities on our behalf. This is not permission to sell your photos or use them in an advertising campaign without separate permission.
You confirm that you have the rights and any necessary permissions to provide the content, including from recognizable people where required. Do not upload photos or other material that infringes another person's rights. You can remove available content or request account deletion, subject to the retention, safety, legal-hold, and other-member-copy limitations explained in the Privacy Policy.
Razam's software, branding, and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Report a copyright or other rights concern to admin@nootro.studio with the material at issue, where it appears, your contact information, and the basis for the concern; do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Moderation, restrictions, and appeals
We use automated rules, third-party AI-assisted safety analysis, and human review as described in the Privacy Policy. Content may be refused, held for review, removed, or made unavailable. Automated results are fallible; some languages and types of content may require additional review or editing.
We may restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate access for a material breach, credible safety or security concern, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide an explanation or opportunity to resolve the issue; we may act immediately when necessary to protect people or the service. Moderation does not mean we endorse content that remains available.
You can ask us to reconsider a moderation or account decision by emailing admin@nootro.studio and identifying the decision and relevant context. We will consider the request through our support process. These Terms do not promise instant review or that every dispute between members can be resolved by us.
7. Availability, updates, and payments
Razam is free and shows no advertising. These Terms do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize a recurring charge. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and applicable refund information must be presented before you choose to purchase. App Store purchases will also be subject to Apple's applicable purchase terms.
Razam software may contain errors, lose unsaved work, change features, or become temporarily unavailable. Features may be released gradually, changed, or discontinued, and a TestFlight build, if you use one, may expire. We may update or discontinue functionality, subject to applicable law and any commitments made to you. Do not rely on Razam as the only copy of information you need or as a guaranteed communication or navigation service.
Costs you independently agree with other members or third parties, such as fuel, tickets, or accommodation, are not a payment processed or guaranteed by Razam. Be cautious about requests for money.
8. Leaving Razam and deleting your account
You may stop using Razam at any time. Delete your account in the app from Profile, Settings, Delete account; the app will ask you to confirm with Apple again before the request is submitted. If you cannot sign in, email admin@nootro.studio instead. Removing the app does not close your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
Our Privacy Policy describes immediate deactivation, the staged account-data deletion that is scheduled to begin 30 days after an accepted request, the limited safety-evidence exception purged from 90 days, legal holds, and separate provider backup cycles. Necessary provisions concerning rights in content already used, safety or legal records, disputes, and obligations that accrued before termination survive to the extent needed for their purpose; they do not create an indefinite license to keep displaying a deleted profile.
9. Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We cannot guarantee another member's behavior, the accuracy of member content, map information, or the outcome of an offline meeting. Any exclusion of an implied warranty applies only where the law allows it.
To the extent permitted by law, Nootro Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from our breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be limited, or any other responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law determines the law and courts available for a dispute. These Terms do not choose an exclusive court or displace mandatory protections under the law of your usual residence. No provision requires mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or giving up a court or regulator available to you under mandatory law. Please contact admin@nootro.studio first if you want us to try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, safety requirements, or law. We will identify the updated effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes, with renewed acceptance where required. Changes are not a retroactive waiver of an accrued right. If you do not accept a change that requires agreement, you can stop using the affected service and request deletion.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive it. These Terms govern the Razam service, together with any additional terms clearly presented and accepted for a specific feature, without overriding mandatory law or Apple's applicable app-license terms.
